Gaming Policy

Purpose & Scope​

This Gaming Policy governs participation in Diapers 2 Deposits, Inc. (“D2D”) Investor’s Club activities, including—but not limited to—our Stock Market Simulator game, live or recorded instructional sessions, workshops, challenges, and any related features within our apps, websites, or in-person programs (collectively, the “Platform”). By participating, you (and, if applicable, your parent/guardian) agree to this Policy.

Educational Simulation—Not Investment Advice

​

• The Platform is a simulation for educational purposes only. Portfolio balances, stock trades, dividends, prices, and outcomes are virtual and not reflective of actual financial results.

• No Real Money: Participants must not deposit, transfer, or wager real currency or crypto assets within the Platform.

• Data & Delays: Any market data displayed may be delayed, incomplete, or sourced for teaching demonstrations. It is not intended for real-world trading decisions.

Instructor Role

​

• D2D staff, facilitators, and guest speakers are educators, not financial advisors, brokers, or fiduciaries.

• No Personalized Advice: Live instruction, examples, Q&A, office hours, and commentary are general education only and should not be construed as investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

• Participants should consult a licensed professional before making any real-world financial decisions.

Code of Conduct

​

To maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment, participants agree to:

• Be respectful and refrain from harassment, bullying, hate speech, or disruptive conduct.

• Avoid sharing inappropriate or misleading content.

• Use only their own accounts; do not impersonate others or share login credentials.

• Refrain from market manipulation behaviors within the simulation (e.g., coordinated pump-and-dump style tactics), even for “just a game.”

• Violations may result in suspension or removal at D2D’s discretion.

Content & Intellectual Property

​

• All curriculum, slides, videos, game mechanics, images, logos, and other materials are the property of D2D or its licensors and are provided for educational use only.

• You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercialize Platform content without written permission.

• User-generated content (e.g., chat posts, team names) must comply with this Policy; you grant D2D a non-exclusive license to display such content for program operation.

Privacy & Data

• D2D collects only the information necessary to operate the program (e.g., names, progress, quiz results). We do not sell personal data.

• Communications (chat, voice, video) may be recorded or monitored for safety, training, and quality assurance in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Do not share sensitive personal information in chat or during sessions. Parents/guardians should counsel minors on safe online behavior.

No Guarantees; Assumption of Risk

​

• Learning outcomes and simulation performance are not guaranteed. Markets are complex and uncertain; simulation success does not predict real-world results.

• Participants acknowledge that any real-world financial actions they choose to take are their own responsibility and should be made only after consulting qualified professionals.

Third-Party Services & Links

• The Platform may reference third-party tools, websites, or data sources. D2D is not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, or policies. Use them at your discretion and in line with their terms.

Compliance with Laws & School Policies

Participants agree to follow all applicable laws, school/partner policies, and this Policy. D2D may cooperate with schools or authorities regarding serious violations.

D2D may modify game rules, features, schedules, or access (including suspension for maintenance or misuse) at any time to improve learning quality and safety. For questions, accessibility requests, or to report a violation, contact your D2D program lead or email the D2D support channel provided in your welcome materials. We aim to respond promptly and fairly.

Acknowledgment

By participating in the Investor’s Club and using the Stock Market Simulator, you (and, if applicable, your parent/guardian):

1. acknowledge this is an educational simulation,

2. understand D2D instructors are educators, not financial advisors, and

3. agree that nothing provided by D2D should be treated as investment advice.
