Available Space: Room 1 (11ft x 10ft): ideal for one person seeking a standalone office desk in a co-working space Room 2: A flexible space (11ft x 13ft) designed for 3-5 people—perfect for small classes, workshops, or creative activities like vision board parties. Room 3: A spacious meeting or training room (13ft x 13ft) that accommodates up to 15 people, great for team meetings, presentations, or training sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy To ensure the smooth operation of our shared workspace and fairness to all users, we have outlined a detailed cancellation policy. This policy applies to both users booking four-hour sessions and monthly membership holders. For Four-Hour Session Users Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or a credit for a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be considered a late cancellation and will be non-refundable. No-Shows: No-shows will not be refunded or credited. For Monthly Membership Holders Monthly memberships include a specified number of sessions. Late cancellations will count toward the total number of allowable sessions for the month. Example: If you are allocated 8 sessions per month and cancel late, the canceled session will still be deducted from your total. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not count against your session allowance for the month. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be treated as a late cancellation and will count toward your monthly session total. No-shows count against their session allowance. Unused Sessions: Any unused sessions at the end of the month will not roll over to the next month. Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases: If you need to cancel within 24 hours due to an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may issue a credit or waive the session deduction for monthly members, provided adequate documentation is supplied (e.g., medical or urgent personal circumstances). Modifications to Reservations Users can reschedule their session at no cost if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be treated as a late cancellation.
