About

Whitney Ramirez, AFC® is a Maryland-based financial literacy expert and the founder of Diapers 2 Deposits. With a mission to bridge the wealth gap, she provides AFC®-backed financial education virtually and in-person for youth across Maryland, Washington D.C., and the NYC five boroughs.

A recognized leader in the field, she is the 2025 Inspire MD Award winner and the creator of the trademarked FinancialField Trips® program. Her work has been supported by the Montgomery County Collaboration Council and  Baltimore Children and Youth Fund (BCYF). When she isn't leading workshops for partners like Student Leadership Network or The Young Women’s Leadership Schools, she can be found speaking at national conferences on youth financial empowerment.
